The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi – IIM Ranchi has announced the achievement of exceptional final placement for the MBA students of the year 2022-24 and the summer placement season for the year 2023-25. Despite a struggling labour market, the students of IIM Ranchi have secured lucrative roles across various domains. For the flagship MBA programme, 76 companies participated in the campus recruitment resulting in an average CTC package of 18.69 Lakhs per annum (LPA). The highest CTC offered was 37.8 LPA. The MBA-Human Resource Management batch underwent a recruitment process by 33 leading companies, achieving an average CTC of 18.36 LPA and the highest CTC was 33.9 LPA. The MBA-Business Analytics program had an average CTC of 19.12 LPA,  whereas the highest CTC offered was 34.9 LPA.
