The Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru, IIMB will host Lakshya 2K24 in Bengaluru to foster collaboration between defence establishments and industry representatives. 

The theme chosen for the meet is Diversity and Future of Work. Over 50 defence personnel and Industry leaders are invited to the Lakshya 2K24 event to be held at the IIMB campus on July 14th. This offers a platform for defence professionals and industry leaders to exchange ideas. It will delve on the integration of AI across sectors. Experts and thought leaders will engage in deep discussions on inclusive leadership, workforce transformation and the impact of technological advancements.

There will also be interactive sessions for the defence officers and industry partners to connect, share ideas and explore collaboration possibilities. IIMB has formulated a Business Management program for the defence officers as an executive management course to equip transitioning military personnel with the skills needed to become global corporate leaders.
