Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur has congratulated actor Madhavan on being nominated as President of Film and Television Institute of India and Chairman of the governing council.
 
In a social media post, Mr Thakur expressed confidence that his vast experience and strong ethics will enrich the institute, bring positive changes, and take it to a higher level.
