Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur has released a book titled Israel War Diary written by Vishal Pandey at a function in New Delhi on Wednesday. Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Mr Thakur said that every country should refrain from war as war is not a solution, dialogue is the only solution. He said, India is strengthening its defence capabilities for its own security, it has never committed aggression against others. Mr Thakur also highlighted that this book will give insight to the people about India’s stance on the Israel-Hamas war. He said, it will provide a detailed overview of the war between Israel and Hamas. Mr Thakur further said that the Government has set a target to achieve Defence exports worth 40 thousand crore rupees. He said, the country has its defence production worth one lakh crore rupees and it exported defence equipment worth 16 thousand crore rupees last year.
