Information and Broadcasting Secretary Apurva Chandra has praised Akashvani News and Doordarshan for effectively highlighting India's G20 Presidency. In an exclusive interview with Akashvani News, the Secretary noted that G20 events spanned 50 cities in which media units of the Ministry of information and Broadcasting played pivotal roles in catering to both domestic and global media needs.

Mr. Chandra said, units like Akashvani and Doordarshan played a vital part in disseminating information about G20 discussions, offering citizens insights into India's significant global leadership in crucial domains like Digital Public Infrastructure, Mission LiFE for environmental protection, UPI Payments system, and Millets.
