The Ministry of Home Affairs will refer Manipur viral video case to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The mobile phone from which the viral video was shot has been recovered and the person who shot the video has also been arrested. Sources said, the Government will seek trial outside the State. The Home Ministry is in touch with both Meitei and Kuki groups and talks are in the advanced stage to restore normalcy in the North-Eastern State, informed the sources.
