Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah will inaugurate a state level cooperative conclave at Patna and also address a public meeting at Gopalganj in Bihar on Sunday. Later in the day, Mr. Shah will hold meeting with NDA leaders in Patna also as part of discussion with coalition constituents for upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. The cooperative conclave is being organized as a part of International Years Cooperatives. More than 7,000 delegates from different cooperatives societies, PACS, FPO, Vyapar Mandal from different parts of the country are expected to attend the function being organized at Bapu Sabhagar in Patna. The Union Cooperative minister will also dedicate and lay the foundation of various development programmes and projects worth over 800 crore rupees. It includes a Makhana processing Centre in Darbhanga, distribution of micro-ATM, loan to Farmers Producers Organization (FPO) and new storage godowns for food grains. After attending the cooperative conclave, Mr. Shah will visit Gopalganj. He will address a public meeting at Police Line Ground in Gopalganj. Earlier Mr. Shah reached Patna last evening on a two-day visit to Bihar. He held marathon meetings separately with senior party leaders and discussed various issues, including 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections. The Union Minister asked party leaders and workers to work in synchronized manner with other leaders and party workers of constituents of NDA. Mr. Shah also given task to party workers to publicize pro people provisions of 2025-26 Union Budget.
