Union Home Minister Amit Shah today released an 'Aarop Patra' on behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party against the Congress government in Chhattisgarh where assembly polls are scheduled this year.
Releasing it at a function in Raipur, Mr. Shah alleged that during the tenure of the Congress government in Chhattisgarh, corruption, atrocities, scams, cases of conversion and crimes against women have increased. He said that the upcoming election is the election for the golden future of Chhattisgarh.
The public has to decide whether they want a Congress government that commits corruption worth thousands of crores, or a BJP government that paves the way for development. He said that the people also have to decide whether they want a government that promotes religious conversion or a government that protects the culture of the tribal people.
