Haryana government has suspended internet services till August 5 in Nuh, Faridabad, and Palwal districts, besides Sohna, Pataudi, and Manesar sub-divisions of Gurugram district keeping in view the interest of the people of the state and to establish peace.

The step has been taken to prevent the spread of misinformation and rumors through various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook Twitter. As per the Home Secretary order the suspension of mobile internet services will continue till midnight of August 5.
