In Haryana, Congress leader Manmohan Bhadana son of former minister Kartar Singh Bhadana along with his supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party today. He left Congress and accepted the primary membership of BJP in the presence of former Chief Minister Manohar Lal at Karnal.

The former MP Kailasho Saini today left BJP and joined Congress in the presence of former Chief Minister Bhupender Singh Hooda at Rohtak. She was elected to Loksabha in 1998 and 1999 on Indian National Lok Dal ticket. Later in 2009 she joined congress and switched her loyalty to BJP five years ago. She was annoyed with BJP for not giving ticket to her from Kurukshetra Loksabha seat.
