Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made several big announcements at the Bharatiya Janata Party rally in Kurukshetra on Sunday. He announced a waiver of farmers’ Abiana worth 133 crore rupees till date and announced purchase of all crops in the state at the minimum support price on the lines of the central government. He said that 137 crore rupees will be paid in a week for the damage caused to crops due to natural calamity before 2023. He said that if the transformers of the farmers installed by the power corporations get damaged, these transformers will be replaced by the corporations at their own expense and no fee will be charged from the farmers. He said, all the companies across the country selling 3-star motors for tubewells will be able to register themselves on the department’s portal and farmers will be able to buy three-star motors of any company. The Chief Minister said that the Congress, which looted Haryana, is now demanding an account. Congress will have to give an account to the public. Congress had acquired thousands of acres of land from farmers and given it to capitalists, his government did not acquire even an inch of the farmers’ land.
