Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Govind Mohan said that Har Ghar Tiranga has become a campaign of unity and prestige of nation. Addressing the media, the Secretary said that more than 2,000 events have been organized under the Har Ghar Tiranga, which will take place across the country from 13th to 15th August.
 
The Secretary also informed that around seven lakh selfies have been received under the Selfie with Tiranga initiative and several Tiranga Rallies will take place across the country to promote Har Ghar Tiranga 2023. He added that several events had also been planned by States and Union Territories to make the campaign magnificent alike last year.
  
The Secretary said that compared to one crore tricolor flags last year, more than two crore tricolor flags have been produced by the Ministry of Textile and supplied through post offices this year. He also urged the media to amplify the campaign by promoting and sharing varied stories of Har Ghar Tiranga across the nation.
