With the beginning of Navratri, the state has also geared up for the Ras Garba celebrations. This year, the state government has lifted the curbs on celebration timings at both commercial and residential venues, adding more enthusiasm to the celebrations. However, the government has appealed to people to control the DJ volume, especially near hospital areas.
