Union Minister Piyush Goyal today said that the Government is ready to have a debate on the Manipur issue under rule 176 in Parliament. Talking to media in New Delhi, Mr. Goyal said that similarly, discussions should also be held on women's safety in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal. He said, instead of disrupting the proceedings in Parliament, Opposition parties should participate in discussion on the matter.
