Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said, the government is committed to supporting sports and ensuring more youth are able to play and shine. Extending his greetings on the National Sports Day, Mr. Modi said, the county pays homage to legendary Indian hockey player Major Dhyan Chand today. He added that it is an occasion to compliment all those passionate about sports and those who have played for India.
