At Multi Commodity Exchange, Gold and Silver prices were mixed on Tuesday (2nd July 2024). The precious metal, for August contract, was down by 0.14 percent and trading at 71,555 rupees per 10 grams, whereas Silver for July contract, was up by 0.30 percent and trading at 87,788 rupees per kilogram when the reports last came in.

In the global markets, gold was trading 0.26 percent down at 2,332 dollars and 90 cents per ounce on Comex. Silver was also trading up by 0.4 percent at 29 dollars and 63 cents per ounce in the intra-day session, when the reports last came in.
