In Himachal Pradesh, the fresh snowfall in the high-altitude areas and rain in lower parts has brought down the temperature. The change in weather has brought cheer to farmers and orchardists of the state. Apart from this, the tourists who have come here to visit are also enjoying the snowfall.
Akashvani Correspondent reports the recent snowfall in the high-altitude areas of the state has intensified the cold wave disrupting road connectivity and power supply in several areas. However, the farmers and orchardists of the state are very happy with this snowfall and rain and they are expecting a good harvest. On the other hand, the tourists in famous tourist places including Rohtang Pass in Kullu district, Atal Tunnel, Dhundhi, Solanganala, Kothi and Jalori Jot are thoroughly enjoying the snowfall. Light snowfall was received in Kufri and Narkanda near the state capital Shimla as well.
