Diplomatic Advisor to the President of France Emmanuel Bonne called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. Mr Bonne briefed Mr Modi on the progress in various areas of bilateral cooperation in the context of the Prime Minister’s forthcoming visit to France. Mr Modi conveyed his gratitude to President Macron for his invitation to participate in the Bastille Day celebrations as a Guest of Honour on the 14th of this month. Recalling his recent meeting with President Macron in Hiroshima, the Prime Minister said that he looked forward to continuing their conversation in Paris which would further strengthen India-France Strategic Partnership.
