India’s N. Sriram Balaji and his partner Miguel Ángel Reyes-Varela of Mexico have advanced to the third round of the Men’s doubles in French Open Tennis in Paris, France on Saturday. The Indo- Mexican duo defeated the home favourites, Dan Added and Theo Arribage, 6-4, 3-6, 6-2, in the second round. This is Sriram’s first-ever third-round appearance in the Grand Slam.
Meanwhile, the second-seeded, India’s Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden will face Marcelo Zormann and Orlando Luz of Brazil, in the men’s doubles first round this evening.
