In Telangana, former IPS officer R.S Praveen Kumar who had quit the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) state President post two days before, has joined the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS).  BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao welcomed him into the party fold at Erravelli last evening. Several BSP leaders and its state unit office bearers also joined the BRS along with Praveen Kumar.
