BJP today hit out at the AAP in connection with the alleged irregularities in Delhi Excise policy and demanded the resignation of the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Addressing media in New Delhi, BJP MP from Delhi Manoj Tiwari said that the  Enforcement Directorate in its supplementary chargesheet in the Delhi Excise Policy Case, has listed Mr Kejriwal as the accused number 37 and the AAP as the accused number 38. Mr Tiwary said, the people of Delhi are expecting Mr Kejriwal to resign from his post on moral grounds.
