The Election Commission has given show cause notice to BJP MP Dilip Ghosh and directed him to submit an answer within 48 hours. The Commission has served him the notice for his alleged remarks on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Mr Dilip Ghosh yesterday had commented on Mamata Banerjee at the Durgapur – Bardhaman parliamentary constituency. After that BJP also served a letter to Dilip Ghosh criticising his comments.
