In Uttarakhand, eight Nepali-origin workers died and two others were injured after their vehicle fell into a George at Unchakot in  Nainital district late last night. Police along with SDRF carried out a rescue operation and recovered all eight bodies. On the other hand, two seriously injured people have been referred to a higher centre for further medical treatment.
