Education plays pivotal role in country’s development: VP Jagdeep Dhankhar

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar emphasised that education will play a pivotal role in the country’s development. He added that the government is greatly encouraged by the collaboration between spiritual organizations and the education sector across the country.

 

On a two-day visit to Karnataka, the Vice President interacted with students at Adichunchanagiri University in Mandya this afternoon. He highlighted that institutions like Adichunchanagiri University reflect the essence of Indian culture and underscored that youth are the nation’s greatest strength in this era of abundant opportunities.

 

The Vice President remarked that today’s youth have a unique chance to realise the vision of a developed India by 2047, with the government initiating various schemes to make advanced systems accessible.

 

The event was attended by former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda and Nirmalananda Swamiji of Adichunchanagiri Mahasansthan Math.

 

Earlier, Vice President Dhankhar was received by Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot at HAL Airport in Bengaluru. Tomorrow, the Vice President will participate as a chief guest in a program at the Sannyasa Suvarna Mahotsava of Sri Bharati Tirtha Swamiji, to be held in Bengaluru.
