The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted multiple raids in Bihar on different locations of former RJD MLA Gulab Yadav and senior IAS Sanjiv Hans in a money laundering case.

Sanjiv Hans is CMD of Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited. He is also very close to former MLA. The ED sleuths searched his official residence and office premises in Patna.

Sources said the simultaneous raids were started from 6 am in different locations in Patna, Madhubani, New Delhi and Pune. The raids continued for more than 10 hours in these locations.

According to sources the ED has seized several incriminating documents and digital records during the raids. ED officials searched different locations and ancestral home of Gulab Yadav in Jhanjharpur in Madhubani. Gulab Yadav was elected from Jhanjharpur assembly seat in 2015 elections.

His Wife is a member of Bihar State Legislative Council and daughter is Chairperson of Madhubani Zila Parisahd.
