External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar says, partnership between India and Kuwait is expanding steadily

External Affairs Minister, Dr. S Jaishankar, today called on the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. In a social media post, Dr. Jaishankar said India and Kuwait share centuries-old bonds of goodwill and friendship. He said the contemporary partnership between the two nations is expanding steadily. Dr. Jaishankar thanked the Crown Prince for his guidance and insights on taking the ties to a higher level.
 
 
 
 
Dr. Jaishankar was also called on the Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The External Affairs Minister appreciated his perspectives on the deepening of India-Kuwait ties. Dr. Jaishankar also valued his views in regard to further economic cooperation between the two nations.
 
 
 
 
The External Affairs Minister, Dr. Jaishankar, reached Kuwait on an official visit today. On arrival, Dr. Jaishankar was welcomed by his Kuwaiti counterpart, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya. During the visit, both sides will review various aspects of bilateral relations between the two countries, including political, trade, investment, energy, security, cultural, consular, and people-to-people contacts. The two sides will also exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
