Eighth Technology Council Meeting was organized by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in New Delhi. The meeting, which was held yesterday, reviewed the status of induction of DRDO technologies into the Central Armed Police Forces, Police and National Disaster Response Force.

Various DRDO laboratories from across the country participated in the meeting virtually. An exhibition of various DRDO-developed products was also organized showcasing latest technologies including weapon systems, communications, internal security, VIP security, sustenance.
