Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions Dr Jitendra Singh will confer Anubhav Awards 2024 at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi tomorrow. The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions said that this year, write-ups from 22 Ministries and Departments have been published out of which five Anubhav Awards and 10 Jury certificates will be given to the outstanding write-ups.
An online platform titled ‘Anubhav’ was launched by the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare in 2015. The portal is for retiring and retired employees to showcase significant achievements made during their service period. 54 Anubhav Awards and Nine Jury Certificates have been conferred so far.
Dr. Jitendra Singh will also chair the 11th Nation-wide Pension Adalat and 55th Pre-Retirement Counselling (PRC) Workshop organized by the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare in New Delhi tomorrow. The Ministry said that PRC Workshops are being conducted throughout the country, as part of Good Governance. The workshops aim to facilitate officials who are about to retire, in the superannuation process. In the workshop, the retiring employees will be provided with relevant information related to the retirement benefits and pension sanction process.
Our correspondent reports that the 11th Pension Adalat will focus on the resolution of long outstanding Super Seniors Pension Cases. The Pension Adalat would be attended by 22 Ministries and Departments including several union ministries.
