Two out of three US stocks registered downfall yesterday ahead of key jobs data due.

Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped more than half a percent and S&P 500 lost 0.3 percent while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite ended slightly higher with a gain of 0.25 percent.
