Donald Trump has formally accepted the presidential nomination at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, US, where he is currently addressing a public speech. It is Trump’s first public speech since he survived an assassination attempt at a rally last week, which left him bloodied after a gunman shot at him. 

The four-day convention has also underscored former US president, Trump’s total dominance and unopposed support in the Republican party.

Earlier, former US President Donald Trump has been officially nominated as Republican presidential candidate, on Wednesday, after he secured majority of votes from Republican National Committee delegates.
