Domestic Benchmark Indices are nearly flat today. Sensex displayed mixed trend, while Nifty traded with marginal gains in the afternoon trade following reduction in the windfall tax on crude oil, which boosted energy stocks. At 1:30 PM, the BSE Sensex, was slightly up by 9.8 points, or 0.01 percent at 80,446 and the NSE Nifty edged up 27.35 points, or 0.11 percent at 24,568. In the broader market at BSE, the Mid-Cap index gained 0.35 percent and Small-Cap index added 1.19 percent.
