Delhi Polls: Political leaders intensify campaigns with rallies, roadshows

As Delhi gears up for the upcoming assembly elections on the 5th of next month, leaders from all major political parties have intensified their efforts to woo voters. From rallies and roadshows to door-to-door campaigns, prominent leaders from the BJP, Aam Aadmi Party, and Congress are actively engaging with the electorate to gain support in favour of their candidates. Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a rally at Kartar Nagar in Shahdara Assembly constituency today. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will address the public gatherings in Uttam Nagar and Karol Bagh. Uttrakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will conduct public meetings in Najafgarh, Badarpur, Kalkaji and Greater Kailash. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will hold rallies in Matiala and Vikaspuri. While, Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is scheduled to hold public meetings in Moti Nagar, RK Puram and Mehrauli.

 

On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will address the public gatherings in Badli and Timarpur legislative assemblies this evening. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will hold a mega road show in Rajouri Garden, Tilak Nagar and Vikaspuri. Meanwhile, the Senior Congress Leaders Jairam Ramesh and Devender Yadav are scheduled to release the Congress manifesto. Whereas, Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address a public gathering in Bawana.
