Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena today paid tribute to Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi on his birth anniversary at Rajghat in New Delhi. Mr Saxena also paid homage to former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri on his birth anniversary at Vijay Ghat in New Delhi.
