Delhi High Court adjourned hearing on plea seeking cancellation of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s citizenship. The Court adjourned the hearing on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking direction to the Union Home Ministry to cancel the Indian citizenship of Rahul Gandhi, who declared himself a British citizen.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Manmohan posted the matter for hearing on 6th November .
