Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has assured that the party will ensure 1 lakh rupees cash transfer to women and 50 per cent quota in central govt jobs if voted to power. Addressing a rally at Koyakuchi in Barpeta district of Assam on Saturday, Mr Kharge said that the party will give 30 lakh jobs apart from apprenticeship programme with 1 lakh rupees stipend for the youths.
