Congress today came down heavily on the BJP for rising crimes against women and children in the country. Briefing media in New Delhi, Mahila Congress President Alka Lamba questioned the BJP for not taking action against the Brij Bhushan Singh. She also raised question on BJP IT cell officials who are allegedly involved in the gang rape case of BHU students.
