In the Karakat rally Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Narendra Modi said Congress and INDI-Alliance have no vision and they have only confusion. Mr. Modi said the INDI-Alliance has no policy. He said they are working on scaring people under the pretext that Pakistan is an atomic power, Article 370 and terrorism for their vote bank politics. He said INDI-Alliance leaders are involved in corruption and because of this Central Agencies are acting against them. Mr. Modi said those who have looted Bihar will not be spared.
