BJP has said that the opposition Congress and I.N.D.I.A bloc should be ready to gracefully accept their inevitable defeat in the Lok Sabha elections rather than demeaning the dignity of democracy. Briefing media in New Delhi last evening, party spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said, on one hand, the country witnessed the world’s largest, systematic and successful elections conducted with new technology and on the other hand, the people saw how the opposition falling to new lows. He hit out at Congress and the other opposition parties for raising baseless questions on the country’s election process.
