Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis stated that the government is continuously strengthening the network of cyber labs to curb cyber crime. He was speaking at the inauguration of a cyber lab at the D B Marg Police Station in Mumbai. The Chief Minister also virtually inaugurated cyber labs at Worli and Govandi police stations. In addition, he inaugurated other initiatives of the Mumbai Police, which include a mobile forensic van and advanced motorcycles. These cyber labs will make use of the most advanced technology available globally. Through these labs, there will be better control over crimes such as online financial fraud and bank account hacking.
