Centre has declared Jammu and Kashmir National Front as an Unlawful Association with immediate effect for five years. In a social media post, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, the outfit was found carrying out secessionist activities to sever Jammu and Kashmir from India. The association also supports terrorism, challenging the sovereignty, security, and integrity of the nation. He said, the Narendra Modi government is committed to uprooting terror forces to ensure the security of the people of Bharat.
