A travelling ticket examiner named Ramavtar Meena from the Mumbai Division of Central Railway, displayed remarkable bravery by saving a female passenger from harm. On Friday, as a long-distance train arrived at Pune station, the passenger accidentally slipped and was at risk of being dragged under the moving train. Mr. Meena witnessed the incident and quickly pulled her to safety. Central Railway has recognized his exemplary act of courage and urges passengers to avoid boarding or de-boarding trains while they are in motion, as it poses a serious risk to life.
