Central government employees have welcomed the decision of rolling out the new Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) by the NDA government.

Talking to Akashvani News, Accounts department Officer in East Central Railway (ECR), Animesh said UPS has been made more employee centric and several welfare features have been added.

Financial advisor in ECR Vijay Kadam said the UPS will provide security to employees from market volatility and risks which was earlier part of the News Pension Scheme (NPS)
