Campaigning is underway for remaining phases of Lok Sabha polls. In Madhya Pradesh, the election campaign is at its peak in the state. Along with BJP, Congress, BSP, SP and independent candidates are also busy in election campaigning with full vigor.
Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be arriving Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh today. He will address a public meeting at Imlai Gram Ground in Damoh district.
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav will campaign in Khajuraho and Narmadapuram, BJP State President Vishnudutt Sharma in Khajuraho, Damoh and Panna, Kailash Vijayvargiya in Maihar, Satna, Birsinghpur and Prahlad Patel will campaign in Damoh today.
While, State Congress President Jitu Patwari, Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar, former Union Minister Arun Yadav, Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Tankha and former Minister Jaivardhan Singh will jointly campaign Sagar and Shivpuri.
In Maharashtra, Prime Minister and Senior BJP leader Narendra Modi will address an election campaigning rally in favour of BJP candidate from Wardha constituency at Talegaon village this evening. Sitting BJP MP Ramdas Tadas will be contesting this election as Mahayuti Candidate for the third time.
While from MahavikasAghadi, Nationalist Congress Party – Sharadchandra Pawar faction has fielded Amar Kale from Wardha Constituency. The NCP Candidate is contesting for the first time from this constituency. The Bahujan Samaj Party has given candidature for Dr. Mohan Raikwar. Total 24 candidates are in the fray in this constituency.
Wardha and other 4 constituencies in Western Vidarbha – Amravati, Yavatmal -Washim, Buldana and Akola will go to poll on 26th of this month.
With only a week left for Lok Sabha polls in Kerala, the three major political fronts are intensifying their campaign along with national leaders. BJP National President JP Nadda will campaign in Wayanad, Palakkad, Kottayam and Thiruvananthapuram districts today. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi will visit Chalakudy, Pathanamthitta and Thiruvananthapuram constituencies tomorrow for UDF. Karnataka Minister K.J. George is also on tour to Kerala for the UDF campaign.
Meanwhile, CPM polit bureau member Subhasini Ali will campaign for LDF today. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is campaigning Kozhikode constituency today.
