Campaigning for the second phase of assembly elections in Jharkhand concluded at 5 PM this evening. In this phase, polling will be held in 38 constituencies on the 20th of this month. Our correspondent reports that over one hundred fifty election rallies were held during this phase with leaders from both the NDA and the I.N.D.I.A bloc made concerted efforts to garner support for their candidates.
