In Jharkhand, the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) report on Public Health Infrastructure & Management of Health Services during the financial years between 2016-17 and 2021-22 has highlighted the mismanagement of government during the COVID period. Principal Accountant General Indu Agarwal, in a press conference in Ranchi today, said that departmental inefficiency and lack of proper planning were seen during the COVID period. She said that huge irregularities were also seen in the distribution of remdesivir vials.
