Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that an allocation of over one lakh fifty-one thousand crore rupees has been proposed under the Viksit Bharat: G RAM G scheme to ensure adequate funding for employment generation and comprehensive rural development. In a video message, the Minister said that the workers are now legally guaranteed 125 days of employment instead of 100 days. He said that a deliberate attempt is being made to mislead the nation once again in the name of MGNREGA. He added that the scheme is a progressive step forward from MGNREGA. The Minister said, the provision for unemployment allowance in case of non-availability of work has also been further strengthened. Mr Singh highlighted that the scheme focuses on water conservation, rural infrastructure works, livelihood-based activities, and disaster prevention measures to build developed, self-reliant, poverty-free and employment-oriented villages.

उत्तराखंड सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश पर “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान की शुरुआत की है। 17 दिसंबर से प्रारंभ हुआ यह महत्वाकांक्षी अभियान 45 दिनों तक संचालित किया जाएगा। अभियान का उद्देश्य शासन और जनता के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करना, समस्याओं का त्वरित निस्तारण करना तथा पात्र लाभार्थियों तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करना है। अभियान से जुड़ी अधिक जानकारी दे रही हैं हमारी राज्य संवाददाता साक्षी सिंह।
“‘उत्तराखंड में “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान के अंतर्गत राज्य की प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत और न्याय पंचायत में बहुउद्देश्यीय शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। अभियान में राजस्व, ग्राम्य विकास, पंचायती राज, कृषि, समाज कल्याण सहित 23 विभाग शामिल हैं।
इन शिविरों में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहकर राशन कार्ड, पेंशन, प्रमाण पत्र, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं तथा विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित सेवाएं लोगों को उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं।
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में इस अभियान को लेकर जनता में विशेष उत्साह देखा जा रहा है। अभियान के तहत पिछले पांच दिनों में राज्य के सभी जिलों में चयनित न्याय पंचायतों में आयोजित शिविरों में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने भाग लिया है। अब तक 50 से अधिक शिविर लगाए जा चुके हैं, जिनमें 15 हजार से अधिक लोगों की सहभागिता रही है। इन शिविरों में प्राप्त लगभग चार हजार शिकायतों में से अधिकांश का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान के माध्यम से विकास योजनाओं को आम जनता तक पहुंचाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान सरकार और जनता के बीच सेतु का कार्य करेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जब सरकार स्वयं जनता के द्वार तक पहुंचेगी, तो इससे सरकार के प्रति लोगों का विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत होगा।
पौड़ी जिले के ग्रामीणों ने “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि अब छोटे-छोटे कार्यों के लिए उन्हें तहसील या जिला मुख्यालय नहीं जाना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार सीधे उनके गांव तक पहुंच रही है, जिससे समस्याओं का समयबद्ध समाधान संभव हो पा रहा है।

The “father of parallel cinema” in India is widely considered to be Shyam Benegal, a visionary filmmaker known for realistic, socially relevant films like Ankur, Nishant, and Manthan, which broke from Bollywood’s song-and-dance formula to explore authentic Indian society and its struggles. He pioneered the New Wave Indian cinema movement in the 1970s and 80s, earning numerous accolades, including the Padma Bhushan and Dada saheb Phalke Award.

रामवृक्ष बेनीपुरी- जन्म- 23 दिसम्बर, 1899, मुज़फ़्फ़रपुर, बिहार; मृत्यु- 9 सितम्बर, 1968, बिहार) प्रसिद्ध उपन्यासकार, कहानीकार, निबंधकार और नाटककार थे। इन्हें एक विचारक, चिन्तक, क्रान्तिकारी, साहित्यकार, पत्रकार और संपादक के रूप में भी जाना जाता हैं। बेनीपुरी जी हिन्दी साहित्य के ‘शुक्लोत्तर युग’ के प्रसिद्ध साहित्यकार थे। हिन्दी साहित्य की सेवा के साथ ही इन्होंने कई समाचार पत्र भी निकाले। इसके अलावा कई राष्ट्रवादी और स्वतंत्रता संग्राम संबंधी कार्यों में भी संलग्न रहे। रामवृक्ष बेनीपुरी की आत्मा में राष्ट्रीय भावना कूट-कूट कर भरी हुई थी, इन्होंने ‘भारतीय स्वतंत्रता संग्राम’ में आठ वर्ष जेल में बिताये थे। इन्होंने अपनी अधिकतर रचनाएं जेल प्रवास के दौरान लिखीं। प्रमुख रचनाओं की बात करें तो उनमें उपन्यास- पतितों के देश में और आम्रपाली प्रमुख हैं।
