The Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue has been reimagined from the National Youth Festival as a national platform for youth-led ideas and solutions. The Dialogue is anchored in a four-stage Viksit Bharat Challenge Track. A nationwide digital quiz hosted on MY Bharat and MyGov saw participation from over 50.42 lakh youth. The programme will culminate today, with young leaders presenting ideas across ten national priority themes before national leadership.
अग्निपथ योजना – इस योजना के तहत, पुरुष और महिला दोनों उम्मीदवारों को तीनों सेनाओं के ‘अधिकारी पद से नीचे’ के कैडर में चार साल की अवधि के लिए अग्निवीर के रूप में भर्ती किया जाता है। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य साढे 17 वर्ष से 21 वर्ष की आयु के युवाओं को चार साल की सैन्य सेवा के लिए अग्निवीर के रूप में भर्ती करना है। 46,000 अग्निवीरों के पहले बैच ने 2023 में अपना प्रशिक्षण पूरा किया। उन्होंने अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और तकनीकी कौशल के साथ-साथ सेवा निधि पैकेज और सेवा समाप्ति के बाद रोजगार में प्राथमिकता प्राप्त की। इस योजना के तहत फरवरी 2025 तक डेढ लाख अग्निवीरों का नामांकन हो चुका है।

On the occasion of National Youth Day today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the concluding session of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026 this evening in New Delhi. He will interact with around three thousand youth from across the country, along with young delegates representing the international diaspora. In an exclusive interview with Akashvani News participants of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2026.expressed happiness that the youth of the country is now being supported by the government to collectively achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat. Speaking to Akashvani News, one of the participant from Tamil Nadu, Guruprasad said that India is not waiting for future but it is building its future. He added that if the youth and government work together India will achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat before 2047

Telangana is going to witness the Drone festival for the first time during Sankranthi festivities. The state Tourism Department is organising the drone festival on 16th and 17th of this month in Hyderabad besides the International Kite and Sweet Festival, which will commence tomorrow in Secunderabad.
The people of Telangana especially from Hyderabad and Secunderabad enthusiastically wait for the Sankranthi festival season as the skies over the twin cities normally are decorated with numerous flying kites. This time their excitement doubles as the twin cities are going to have the Hot Air Balloon Festival and Drone Festival beside the International Kite and Sweet Festival, all in a row from tomorrow. The 3-day International Kite and Sweet festival from tomorrow will witness participation of 40 international kite flyers from 19 countries and about 55 kite flyers from 15 states in the country. The festival will showcase a variety of sweets prepared by residents of Hyderabad and natives of other States and countries. The Hot Air Balloon Festival will be held for three days from 16th and it will feature 15 International-standard balloons which will arrive from European countries. While the morning balloon flights will be conducted on the outskirts of Hyderabad, ‘Night Glow Balloon Show’ will be held at the Parade Grounds in the evenings. Finally, a mega 2-day drone show will be held at Gachibowli stadium in Hyderabad from 16th of this month, with high-tech drones, multi-colour LED lights and aerial manoeuvres, representing India’s leap from cultural heritage to modern innovation in aerial sports.
