Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said, during his speech yesterday Mr. Shah expressed utmost regard to Dr. Ambedkar. He accused Congress of disrespecting Dr Ambedkar during his lifetime and hatching a conspiracy to defeat him in the Lok Sabha polls at that time.
