Assam Chief Minister and Jharkhand BJP co-election in-charge, Himanta Biswa Sarma, has said that his BJP will release a brief party manifesto for Jharkhand Assembly Elections on October 3. Talking to reporters in Ranchi, Mr. Sarma said full manifesto will be released later on. He said the Hemant Soren government failed to achieve the purpose of creation of Jharkhand state. Mr. Sarma said the BJP has prepared road map for comprehensive development of the state.
