Jharkhand Assembly Election In- Charge and Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan alleged Hemant Soren has cheated poor tribal people of Jharkhand. Addressing Parivartan rally at Godda Mr Chouhan said if BJP voted to power rupees two thousand one hundred will be given per month to each woman of the state through DBT transfer and effective steps will be taken for strengthening for women empowerment.
