BJP leader and daughter-in-law of Samajwadi Party stalwart Mulayam Singh Yadav, Aparna Yadav has been appointed as Vice-Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh Women Commission. UP government appointed Babita Chauhan as Chairperson of the commission and Charu Chaudhary along with Aparna Yadav as Vice-Chairpersons. The tenure of the newly appointed Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson will be 1 year. Aparna Yadav had joined BJP in January 2022.
